In addition, each GP:50 Melt Pressure sensor is manu‐factured from only the highest grade specialty metals. This ap‐proach ensures consistent sensor mechanical functionality with increased cycles. The GP:50 product line of melt pressure transducers and transmitters are based on the bonded strain gauge principle that has been successfully utilized in thousands of applications. Our proprietary diaphragm design incorporates a matched diaphragm system with improves linearity, accuracy, and repeatability. The unit operation utilizes an extremely small capillary tubing that transmits the media pressure to the strain gauge sensor and mating electronics via a mechanical fill fluid.

GP:50 Melt Pressure sensors are totally interchangeable, and compatible with most market controls, display indicators, and PLCs. All models incorporate a completely welded and vibration protected electronics housing suitable for extreme environmental conditions.
